About the fabric
Our Adire pieces are made from authentic Nigerian hand-dyed Adire cotton: lightweight, breathable, and comfortable to wear. Because each length is hand-dyed, slight variations in colour, pattern, and depth of dye are natural and part of what makes every piece unique. They are not defects.
Care
- Hand wash cold, or use a gentle cycle
- Wash separately for the first few washes, as some colour may transfer while the dye settles
- Mild detergent, no bleach
- Hang or lay flat to dry
- Warm iron on the reverse if needed
A little extra care in the early washes keeps the colour rich and protects your lighter pieces.
Every Tangabula order is prepared with care and shipped from the United States via USPS.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed outside business hours begin processing the next business day.
